As part of the login to, you can allow using our Chrome notifications.
The notifications are for whenever a customer is requesting support on Chat.

In case you didn't approve in the beginning, these are the steps required in order to enable notifications:

  • Press on the 3 dots next to the site and click Allow to enable notifications

  • In the case where you can't find in the list, kindly go to the allowed sites list, click Add and type to allow notifications

That's it!

From now on, each time you want to receive notifications, make sure you have open on Chrome. Once someone needs your help, you'll see this notification:

The notification would pop up to all reps that are marked available for live chat, regardless of the calendar availability.
