When are my contacts expected to receive emails from me?

Want to understand when Exceed is sending emails to contacts? This article is for you

We are sending emails to contacts, throughout the working week, between 08:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. according to the defined timezone. This means Exceed will not send emails over weekends and holidays.

The project has a default timezone and it can be modified under Project Settings.

If needed, you can set the time zone on the sequence level, under Sequence β†’ Settings Tab. This might be useful if you are thinking of targeting in your sequence leads from a different country / region and you want to accommodate the sending time accordingly.

In case a contact has its location updated in Exceed, then we will use this time zone and override the default one.

And what happens when I upload new contacts?

It depends. If you've uploaded the contacts during working hours and you have the daily quota (which can be set under Virtual Assistant β†’ Email Traffic), then in just a few minutes the email will we sent.

Otherwise, the email will be sent on the next working day.
