How could that be useful?
Let's say you'd like to get notified whenever a meeting is set.
Simply add yourself to the Meeting Confirmation message:
As you can use it on every email message, you can accommodate it according to your needs.
Kind reminder, on the Project Settings, you can add a BCC email address to all of your emails:
