Assign Contacts to their CRM Owner

If you would like Exceed to keep the same owner of the lead from the CRM you should follow the following steps:

  1. Map Lead Owner field to the respective field in your CRM:

  2. Under the settings of each rep put their owner ID from CRM as follow:
