With workflows, you can automate your reach out to your contacts and make your nurture more efficient. Set the enrolment criteria to automatically enroll contacts and start following up with new content.

Let's say a few of your contacts haven't replied to an email sequence you ran. What should you do next with them? Set it up in advance and enrol them into another sequence, to nurture them in a new way.

How to?

Go to Sequences > Workflows

Then click to create a new workflow and choose your settings:

Each workflow can serve multiple sequences.

Choose the desired Status, time to move them into the new sequence and the destination sequence and you're done!

Moving forward, all applicable contacts would be enrolled automatically!
