Using Exceed.ai for both Leads and Contacts entities and want it to convert your leads automatically? Tired of doing manual work? Let's walk you through the required steps to get this set up in no time!
First, make sure you have both Leads and Contacts entities synced and turned on:
For the Contact entity, ensure the Create option is activated:
For the Lead entity, on the Fields section, you should have the Status field synced to your Salesforce account. Below, on the Statuses section, you should have the relevant Salesforce status to go along with the Assigned status on Exceed.ai.
Once a lead is qualified, we'd create it as a Contact on your Salesforce account.
