Adding Exceed chat widget to your Google Tag Manager is fairly straightforward.
Login into your Google Tag Manager and click on New Tag.
Give it a name and click on the Tag Configuration section.
On the right pane select Custom HTML.
Under the HTML part copy the following tag and don't forget to replace <your sequence ID> with your actual sequence ID

That's all :) Now you only have to define what triggers the chat, based on your preferences.
