Do you want to indicate that your contacts went through Exceed's email or chat?

Simply add the 'nlpBotType
' field on your CRM integration and map it to your CRM lead source field. We will then update EMAIL or EXCEED_WEBCHAT.

On the Exceed side, choose 'Add new field':

Add 'nlpBotType' and click Add value:

On the CRM side, choose the relevant field from your CRM and toggle on the Update option on the right side:

You're done!
