The presented time is based on your default timezone. It means that you may have a meeting for 9 a.m. EST but when you'll open the meeting it would present at 1 p.m. UTC.
No worries as it doesn't mean you have a meeting in the wrong hour. You can also feel free to modify the invite if needed, simply keep the hour as is.
