Want to circle back on your unsubscribe and bounced contacts back to your CRM? Learn how in a few steps.
Under Settings > Integrations > Mapping fields, add the following fields:
optedOut - true or false
bounced - true or false
Make sure to map them to your fields accordingly, and allow Exceed.ai to overwrite the value.
