Adding Exceed chat widget to your Wix website is very simple!
First, make sure to navigate into the sequence you built the desired chat at. Once you are in the sequence, go to the Chat tab and click the Chat Script button to copy the chat widget script.
Then, follow these 10 steps:
Log in to your Wix account
Select Edit Site
On the left menu click on the + icon and select Embed -> Custom Embeds -> Embed a widget:
Add it on to site and place it on the bottom right.
Click on edit code and paste the chat widget code from Exceed.
Update
Increase the size of the component so the chat will nicely fit in:
Save & Publish
