Adding Exceed chat widget to your WordPress is a piece of cake!
First, make sure to navigate into the sequence you built the desired chat at. Once you are in the sequence, go to the Chat tab and click the Chat Script button to copy the chat widget script.
Now, in order to add it into your WordPress site, all you have to do is to paste it under Appearance -> Custom Javascript as you can see in the image below:
If you unable to find Custom Javascript option under Appearance you might need to add a custom JavaScript plugin to your WordPress.
You can install the "Header and Footer Scripts" plugin by following the steps below:
Log in to your WordPress site.
Go to Plugins > Add new
Search for "Header and Footer Scripts".
Click "Install Now" and activate the plugin.
Make sure to activate the plugin under the Plugins menu:
Once activated you should see the Insert Headers and Footers option under Settings menu:
Copy the Chat widget script into the Script in Header part
Last but not least, hit the Save button and make sure changes were published successfully!
