We are sending emails to contacts, throughout the working week, between 07:30 a.m. to 19:30 p.m. according to the defined time zone. This means Exceed will not send emails over weekends and holidays.
The project has a default time zone and it can be modified under Project Settings.
If needed, you can set the time zone on the sequence level, under Sequence → Settings Tab. This might be useful if you are thinking of targeting in your sequence leads from a different country / region and you want to accommodate the sending time accordingly.
In case a contact has its location updated in Exceed, then we will use this time zone and override the default one.
And what happens when I upload new contacts?
It depends. If you've uploaded the contacts during working hours and you have the daily quota (which can be set under Virtual Assistant → Email Traffic), then in just a few minutes the email will we sent.
Otherwise, the email will be sent in the next working day.
