You will be able to modify your project settings on this page. 

General Details 

You can edit your project name and image here. 

Project Time Zone 

Your project time zone will be the default time zone that will be used to send out emails to customers if the contact’s IP address is not recognized by our system (happens for contacts that were created through webchat). 

BCC Address

If you choose to use this, a BCC address will be added to any email sent out by Exceed platform. Make sure not to open any of these emails, as it might modify the Open Rate of your sequences.

Rep Assignment Method

Here you can choose how you'd like to assign reps to contacts:

  • Based on CRM ownership. Kindly make sure the CRM reps have the same email user in If the CRM rep doesn't have a user in, an assignment would be done randomly.

  • Round-robin or rep's assignment preferences. The latter can be defined under each rep's profile via Team & Roles.

Email Alerts

Here you can choose which emails you would like to receive:

  • Performance reports

  • Live chat requests

  • Misunderstood phrases

ROI Settings

Here you can define the settings which will determine the ROI presented on the dashboard
