Let's say your sequences are up and running. Now, you want to review & monitor your contacts, but you are working methodologically, meaning sequence by sequence.
How can you filter the sequences? There are two ways:
- On the left menu, go to Sequence --> choose a Sequence --> go to Contacts tab. All contacts here are the once contacted via this specific sequence.
In this screen you can also export the contacts with additional relevant data, like: Contacts Details, Current Status, Questions asked by the contacts, etc.
To export your contacts, click on "Import / Export" --> "Export results", and the file will be sent to you via email. You can filter the contacts prior exporting, according to your need.
- On the left menu, go to Contacts. Here, you can search your entire data for a specific contact by Name, Email, Company Name, Phone Number etc.
In both cases you can filter contacts according to their status ("Get all Assigned contacts") and use our Advanced Search for a specific status ("Contact was in : Engage"). The last example will present all contacts which were under specific status, regardless of their current one.
Another breakdown appears once you choose "Contact now in : Ended".
The Reason field is added so you can filter by the different reasons a contact was ended.
