Let's say your sequences are up and running. Now, you want to review & monitor your contacts, but you are working methodologically, meaning sequence by sequence.

How can you filter the sequences? There are two ways:

  1. On the left menu, go to Sequence --> choose a Sequence --> go to Contacts tab. All contacts here are the ones contacted via this specific sequence.

    In this screen, you can also export the contacts with additional relevant data, like: Contacts Details, Current Status, Questions asked by the contacts, etc.
    To export your contacts, click on "Import / Export" --> "Export results", and the file will be sent to you via email. You can filter the contacts prior to exporting, according to your need.

  2. On the left menu, go to Contacts. Here, you can search your entire data for a specific contact by Name, Email, Company Name, Phone Number etc. 

In both cases, you can filter contacts according to their status and use our Advanced Search for a specific status.
Another breakdown appears once you choose the 'Current status'
The 'Reason' and 'Reson details' fields are added so you can filter by the different reasons a contact was ended.
